My journey to founding Lily & Co began with my own family. As I cared for my father with dementia and supported my mother through her anxiety, I experienced first-hand the multifaceted challenges of caregiving alongside managing a family business. These experiences highlighted the need for a support system that addresses both the emotional and practical aspects of caregiving. This realisation led to the birth of Lily & Co – a resource born out of personal struggle and a deep understanding of what caregivers truly need.
